Failures in updating mediastore

1. When rename/delete medias in directory, Mediastore is not properly updated so that the Video, image and audio fragments will not be properly updated. Also when external drives are unmounted, the items are still displayed in these fragments.
2. In the setting, if the option of "Recent" is disabled, the system will not start up correctly.
3. Although the permission is granted for writing to external storage, rename, delete and move can never be performed to the secondary storage and external mounted storage.
