Should we merge the contributor repository into 24pullrequests

I'm thinking we should merge the functionality of https://github.com/24pullrequests/contribulator into the main https://github.com/24pullrequests/24pullrequests repository and retire contribulator, here's why:

• the codebase isn't well maintained
• it doesn't get as much attention as the main repo
• there's lots of bugs in contribulator
• and there isn't that much unique functionality

I'm thinking it would be less work to copy over the functionality onto the Project model than to fix up all the bugs in the repo.

Any thoughts?

The only comment I'd make is that it is not obvious what "Contribulator score" means when a user notices it in a project listing. Maybe add hover text / tooltip or something in the FAQ?
