Projects#show page

As contribulator is getting merged in here (see #3514), we should have a project show page that shows the details of the project and it's score breakdown as well as contributors, maintainers and pull requests.

🤔 I could poke at this one over the next few days. Any particular mockup for the page or just use my best judgment to come up with a v1 that is similar to the rest of the site styling?

I don't have any mockups yet, I was imaging something like the user contribution page https://24pullrequests.com/users/emclaughlin1215 (excluding the calendar view).

If you want to put some basic details together I can help with suggestions on styling, maybe attach some screenshots to your pull request for easy reviewing.
