How to use .srs rulesets not in SagerNet/sing-geoip repository

thanks for adding RuleSets support for sing-box,
but may I ask how can I use the https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SagerNet/sing-geoip/rule-set/geosite-ir.srs ruleset? because it is not available in SagerNet/sing-geoip repository.

Thanks, the #4991 PR already adds support for this but if you already doing a better implementation we will appreciate it.

@2dust While you are implementing it, I have been facing many start failures because of sing-box being unable to download .srs files,
While the #4991 PR been allowing us to customize the rule_set and their download_detour, We will appreciate it if you also make it possible to customize the download_detour per ruleset in the implementation that you're working on.
We will then be able to use direct for the download_detour so it will help a lot with such failures.

Even though my previous PR got closed without clear reasons, I have made another PR, #5026 so it will also help to decrease the start failures because of rulesets downloading.
