能解决 ##4539 (comment) 和 ##5027 提到的问题，原因是sing-box并不支持v2ray-core中的某些传输层协议，例如mKCP。

启用sing-box的TUN前对节点传输层协议进行判断，如果是mKCP等不被sing-box支持的传输层协议，提供一个兼容性错误弹窗，而不是在没有提示的情况下继续执行不受支持的配置组合、引发sing-box崩溃且前台无日志输出，避免用户困惑。

目前就缺mKCP，其实可以移除支持。
但是从投票看还有不少人在用
