Describe the bug
When adding torrent or magnet MacOS app is never brought to foreground if the program is already open
When you manually activate the app (bring to foreground) only then comes the "Add torrent" popup
When the app is closed adding torrent or magnet opens the app and activates it (bringing to front) but torrent is never added and no "Add torrent" window is opened

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Magnet link
  2. Open torrent

Platform:

  • MacOS Ventura 13.2.1
