User can post an item they are offering

Users must be able to tell us which items they have in stock and are offering to trade. Items can be selected from a dropdown.

A second dropdown can be used to suggest an item they are willing to trade for. An option here should be to trade for free (e.g. "I'm willing to donate this.").
