This'll track the documentation for Executor Resource Deployment.

For executor resource deployement we need

  1. how-to for each set of executors we support deployment
  2. API documentation exposure for the CLI (Make sure the docstring of deploy has examples)
  3. Features page like this - https://docs.covalent.xyz/docs/features/triggers ( @araghukas can you pick this up please?)
  4. Change in respective plugin page to indicate the exact CLI they can use to change it for deployment

Letting users know that Covalent ~0.209 will no longer be supported in the cloud executors.
