Self explanatory, support for progressive web apps.

Check out Floorp for this functionality! The priorities of this project seem to be more aligned with performance and security, if you're interested in features like that you should probably look into a different Firefox fork/browser (Floorp).

Floorp has its own quirks, with the speed improvements i prefer mercury over floorp, no pwas was a deal breaker tho

Mercury is just a optimized compiled version of Firefox, they do not plan on adding any sort of features like this, sense the only point of the project is to bring optimized compiler code into Firefox.

If this is a deal breaker, just use Floorp. It has various improvements, and is certainly faster then default Firefox.

You can also close this issue sense its not going to ever be added until Firefox adds PWA's into their own code, which will probably be never sense for some reason, they hate PWA's so much.

Edit : Also forget to mention you can use a 3rd party extension for PWA's on firefox (Warning : My experience with this has been VERY BUGGY, broken, and hasn't worked, use at your own risk)
Here's the link for it, as stated above, I don't recommed it : https://github.com/filips123/PWAsForFirefox
