Allow PWAs (Progressive Web Apps) to open in incognito mode/Guest Mode In mac

Describe the solution you'd like, including relevant patches or source
After adding a shortcut to the desktop and making sure it opens in a window,

Additional Notes
This may not be a feature of Chrome, but I'd like to see it in Thorium.
