Add 'quality' column to VBN units metadata table

Describe the use case that is addressed by this feature.
There is a useful column ('quality') in the session units table that's missing from the cache project_metadata units.csv. This column describes whether a unit was classified as 'noise' or 'good' by our spike sorting pipeline, which is a fundamental designation that should be available in the metadata table.

Add the 'quality' column to the project_metadata units.csv

I've already made a units.csv that includes the quality column. If this is helpful, I'm happy to share it.
