Private functions are not hidden from the visualizer #278

Derived functions without parameters are shown in the visualizer even if marked as private, unlike private sigs/fields. Example:

some sig a { 
	private r : a
}

private some sig b {}

private fun f : a {
	a
}

private fun s : a -> a {
	a -> a
}

run {}
