Have you visited https://alorel.github.io/ngforage/ in the past? It had a poorly configured service worker running (which has since been removed) and that might be breaking the docs site for you. If so, can you try unregistering all service workers by going to the link above, opening the dev console, going to application (chrome, not sure about other browsers) and, under "clear storage", tell it to unregister all workers.
