[Bug] Better Footnote plugin integration

This plugin works with links inside footnotes when I have Better Footnote turned off, but when I turn it on, all functionality of this plugin breaks:

Heading range link recognition

The plugin doesn't recognize links of the form [[file#h1#h2]] inside footnotes like so:

Link formatting

The plugin also does not reformat any links (including the regular [[file#heading]]) according to the "Page to heading divider" specified in settings.
