Document how to setup T-motors with feedback on ESCs and Motors #4829

We should document how to setup T-motor ESC with feedback support in the ESCs and Motors page

At the moment the best solution is to:

  • buy 4+ AP Periph nodes (from MatekSYS?) to convert the Tmotor protocol to CAN
  • connect the nodes to a 4-pin I2C connector
  • enable DroneCAN on the autopilot
  • some other configuration on the autopilot (I don't know what else is required but surely there is something)
  • check the ESC feedback is working using MP (or some other GCS)
