Remove Column 'Included' from binary-features.html (update.py)

As someone pointed out on the forums, the 'Included' column in List of Firmware Limitations by Board doesn't give additional information and might confuse readers. I understand from the comments in update.py that the list previously showed all features for each board, then indicated whether a specific feature was included by means of the 'Included' column. Now that only the non-included features are shown, 'Included' should be removed.

Happy to amend the code and submit a PR, but I haven't been involved previously and don't want to step on someone's toes.

Sorry, I disagree....there is another table that lists all available features at the bottom of the page....the included column was specifically added to this page's missing feature tables to avoid any possibility of confusion with that other table if over scrolled
