Add a mono spaced font to Avalonia.Fonts.Inter

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My understanding is that Avalonia.Fonts.Inter exists to ensure there is a default font that looks the same on all platforms. It would be nice if it would also include a mono spaced font. This could be JetBrains Mono for example.

It would be nice if Avalonia.Fonts.Inter would include a mono spaced font. Alternatively there could be a separate package that provides a mono spaced font.

Note: I am aware that using a custom font is easy. However I want to to make this proposal anyway.
