Layer options activates on Ctrl+Z

When I click Ctrl+Z, on some regions I get a crosshatching. They seem fix/don't change where. It probably activates some layer object, 'cause Ctrl+Y shows the coat of arms (emblem) of the kindoms. Any Clue 😄

Hello. Z is a hotkey for the Zones layer. What's the issue with it?

When I tried to undo an operation with Ctrl+Z, it thinks that I'm swapping Zones on/off

Yes, but there is no undo in the generator.
