Support for sending metric data/logs from ARO to 2 separate log analytics workspaces from different Openshift namespaces

At present Azure Monitoring for Containers for ARO can be only configured with Single Config map pointing to a SIngle Log Analytics work space for any given ARO cluster.

Work around solution available but limited to any namespace or group namespaces as described in link https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/insights/container-insights-agent-config. But will not be possible to customize further for different namespaces and different Loganalytics workspace.

As a cluster admin, i would only like to enable a specific namespace for my clients on Openshift and due to the above limitation, i am unable to achieve the multi-tenancy on Azure Monitoring for containers on ARO at present and request you to enhance the feature with this support.
