Describe the bug
Some unit tests of module azure-core-amqp failed in the ci pipeline.

Exception or Stack Trace
The below console log is from test com.azure.core.amqp.implementation.ReactorReceiverIsolatedTest#endpointStateCompletesOnNoRemoteCloseAck

Closing as the tracked issue is closed as fixed and we're testing with this version of Reactor
