Extensions - Add Extension Tags filter

Previously we had categories to quickly filter addons. Now Extensions has a formal and fixed tag list, nice enough.

It would be great to have a system that can filter based on extension manifests somehow... though I'm not sure how this is going to work till things are downloaded, might only work on local addons, but still could be useful.

Ultimatley similar feature parity with old Addon system and easier UX without needing to be online or to organize your local addons to uninstall, activate, deactivate.. would be a nicer UX.
