The block explorer ETA does not appear accurate. For example, a tx was just sent with 13.3 sat/vB fee rate, mempool.space shows 13 sat/vB as low-med-high priority fee rate, yet the Blockstream explorer says the ETA is in 144 blocks. Below are screenshots. I have seen this on other txs as well. Could this be fixed?

At the time of writing, blockstream.info suggests a 1 block confirmation target fee of 643 sat/vb; that would put a tx into the top 0.05 vMB of the mempool, so much more expensive than next block target.
mempool.space shows a 1 block target fee rate of 200 sat/vbyte.
From the data below, it looks like I could end up in the next block with a tx fee around 220 - 150 sats/vbyte.
