kinda similar to the ticket we had to 'forget' seed for a BIP84 wallet and use xpub instead, so user could provide seed only when signing transaction (type seed, scan qr, doesnt matter) |

A new category of "Stateless Wallet" would be cool. Here is how it could look:
The user creates a new on-chain wallet and chooses the option to make it stateless. BlueWallet generates a Seed-QR (like the Seed Signer Hardware Wallet) PDF and instructs the user to print it out and then to delete it.
BlueWallet retains no private key data, only the master-public-key.
Later, when the user Alice wants to send funds out, she constructs the transaction. When she presses "send", the wallet instructs her to scan the Seed-QR. BlueWallet scans it, signs the transaction and forgets the private keys again. Then the signed transaction is sent out.
That would also be cool in a cold-storage setup.
What would also be cool is additional encryption for the Seed-QR, so Alice has to type in that decryption password after the Seed-QR was scanned. Keeps the PDF more secure for the time it's on permanent storage and it keeps the paper more secure.
