Ao fazer a chamada para o endpoint https://brasilapi.com.br/api/ibge/municipios/v1/AP é retornado um lista vazia.
Até então só identifiquei o problema para este estado em específico

DF está vindo vazio igual AP. (https://brasilapi.com.br/api/ibge/municipios/v1/DF)
SC está vindo preenchido com nome e codigo_ibge vazio. (https://brasilapi.com.br/api/ibge/municipios/v1/SC)

Olá pessoal, aplicamos a sugestão do @frankllin15. E também removemos a wikipedia como umas das fontes default da consulta. Ela é a mais instável nesse sentido
