"Forgotten" label #1092

Users should be able to label a connection as "Forgotten".

This can be a new label that BrightID nodes and Aura players can see.

It can also be useful for BrightID users to organize and filter their own connections.

This is in addition to the automatically applied "stale" designation, which is not actually a "label" . #1091
