Dinamic Redirections

I have some screens. The first, is the scree "form", which will added in an iframe. and the last "final-message".
There are other screens.

I need to create a dynamic redirect that depends on a parameter to get other URLs of the application itself. If this variable is present, the user is redirected to the URL contained in it. If not, shows a message on the final screen that needs a parameter too.

How I can create this.
can I use bindings such as 'redirec_to' and message to get the values?
