Prevent stats commands from showing channels not visible to users of the current channel #66

The stats commands display which channels are most frequented by different users. This displays certain channels on the output graph that may be hidden for users of the channel that the graph will be outputted to. A filter should occur before creating the graph that ensures the selected channels' permissions match with the permissions of the output channel.
