Typing two periods, ".." into the agency request lookup brings the user back to the home page. Also noted that one period seems to display all participants.

I think this is actually because PHP sees this as if you're trying to navigate through a directory, like cd ../../ and then the page permission for that doesn't exist and it redirects you to the dashboard (i think).

on 0.5.0 the "." alone no longer returns list of all participants ... however the ".." still goes back to the dashboard -- I do not think this is something we need to worry about.. if you want to leave the bug open for now, that's fine, but I think this is a REALLY low priority item
