The newly introduced flash configuration is not honoured

With the introduction of the new flash enabled setting (https://github.com/CasparCG/server/blob/bf510d48f6736c60e5d6051bf682c40b01f68390/src/shell/casparcg.config#L45) the frontend discards the setting if config is resaved (because the Flash model simply does not contain that field). Updated the model and opened a PR if anyone is still maintaining this. An open question is how to treat the default value (because the default before the introduction of the enabled field is true, but after - false) - check the actual casparcg.exe version or do smth else?
