At some places, for example, in the propertyTextures of mesh.primitive.EXT_structural_metadata.schema.json, the schema defines the elements to be integer. This does not convey the constraint that these values are indexes indices, which are supposed to be non-negative. The type could/should be replaced by glTFid, which carries the "minimum": 0 constraint.
