Colour of "Rebuild Packages"-button #19

Description

Sometimes a packages needs to be rebuilt and Atom opens a tab listing all such packages. The button to let Atom rebuilt all these packages is hardly visible (see first screenshot). It looks fine though when hovered (see second screenshot).

Steps to Reproduce

  1. You need a package in need of recompiling.
  2. Click on the red bug in the status panel at the bottom.
  3. A new tab opens displaying the dialog seen in the screenshot.

Expected behavior:
Let the background stand out to some degree or change the font colour to make it more visible.

Actual behavior:
There is hardly any contrast between the background and the colour of the font when not hovered.

Reproduces how often:
Every time.

@delta-one I haven't really used Atom for a couple years other than for looking at bugs in these themes. If you open PRs in here, I'm highly likely to approve.

This issue may actually be in clear-night-ui
