[Feature Request] Keyboard shortcut for SNIPPET (access snippets without having to use the mouse)

For the clipboard history we already can enable the following options in Settings. However, we cannot enable it for the snippets:

• Number of items place inline → Not available for snippets. Requested here: Save snippets outside of folders #427
• Mark menu items with numbers & Add key equivalents to numeric keys → Not available for snippets

Thinking in how to design it: The easiest way to implement it is probably to include the numbers in the snippets menu. I mean, add 2 options in the Settings like:

• Snippet Menu: Mark menu items with numbers
• Snippet Menu: Add key equivalents to numeric keys

Then, it will be possible to chose the snippets quickly with the keyboard here:

To make super clear what those options are, I've created this image (please note I hope the cat will help to bring the attention of amazing developers 😁):

So the idea is having the same for the snippets in the snippets menu.
