Comment为空问题

如果Comment不允许为空，最好在保存前判断一下，因为这个需要点下图标才会出来，很容易忘记

我兼容一下，这个问题是 Oracle 里面不区分空字符串和空，它统一认为是空造成的。 你可以把 那个列 改为允许空值。
