I think the best types of organizations are ones that are continuously fun to work for. This means some sort of embedded vision and actions that trigger dopamine release.

Even in the context of Dungeons and Dragons one of the cool thing is that you can constantly "level up." This creates a dynamic in which success is mutual.

The closest thing we have so far is "appreciations," but I wonder if that should be institutionalized in some way (i.e. @aquabu is a +8 "facilitator", @heatherm is +24 "contract manager", @fractastical is +6 "troll").

I think some sort of badging, even if somewhat silly, could be a good way of breaking the scarcity dynamic and promoting fun. In general I think the overall dynamic is functional but not fun.
