could some kind of decision log file/ placeholder/ template be useful? #8

f.ex a decisionlog.md file, f.ex template like following:

Format of items here:

  • Sorted on date, descending
  • Format/ include:
    • ca what (was discussed, concluded, clarified)
    • ca when, who

(i've got good experience with something like this, low-threshold, lightweight, flexible capture of these kind of things - even if it's a bit more practical in a gitlab wiki page, due to the experimental ToC tag which automatically lists the title of every log item.)

In some ways, the github repository itself logs proposals as PRs and what has been decided as commits. What are your thoughts on what should be in the constitution vs. outside of it?
