Incorrect example for MakeInterfaceMap #981

The documentation example for MakeInterfaceMap should read:

std::shared_ptr service; // implementes I1 and I2
InterfaceMapConstPtr im = MakeInterfaceMap<I1,I2>(service);

The consuming method BundleContext::RegisterService then takes InterfaceMapConstPtr as its argument.
