ServiceProperties usage is inconsistent #982

The ServiceProperties declaration does not appear in the online documentation and the ServiceProperties header is described as deprecated. The recommended replacement is AnyMap but there are several call sites in the system that still use ServiceProperties (I'm looking at BundleContext::RegisterService) that don't support AnyMap.

Either don't deprecate ServiceProperties or really replace it with AnyMap. If you continue using ServiceProperties, it needs to be included in the online documentation.
