Can't Edit Players Cash/CopLvl/MedicLvl

It seems that I can not edit any of the above mentioned settings for a specific player could you tell me what's wrong?

What Altislife Version are you using, also could you provide the structure of your database

I fixed it by removing donator edit on the sql query, but however if someone does't have permission to edit cash & bank while can edit other things, when he edits the Medic Level or Cop Level it would set the user's cash/bank to 0
