New "ME draw panel" shapes, line types and categories missing #171

Over the last months, ED added additional shapes and line types to the ME draw panel, including additional parameters (depending on the shape), like:

thickness
angle

New shape:

oval

New category:

text box
icon

Line type examples:

Oval, text box, icon example:

rurounijones added the enhancement label
