Browser detection recipes

A number of issues in the issues list talk about how browsers are starting to limit how they can be detected through user agent sniffing. So to assist with people who still rely on knowing what a particular browser is, I think it might be worth putting a list of recipes together (probably in the Wiki) so people can start to share their workarounds for being able to detect a particular browser.

Additionally, I'm happy to give my [feature](https://github.com/DamonOehlman/feature) package a bit of love to make detecting these specific nuances in browsers that actually enable this kind of targeted browser detection.
