read transport card in France

I would like to be able to read my French transport ticket and why not modify it, here are 4 dumps, the first three sound of the same title with 4, 3 and 2 trips remaining and the second there are 0 trips remaining.

Nice work! The "read" you are referring to is more like "parse". I think the process of getting those numbers from magnetic waves is reading, while making sense of those numbers is parsing. There are some exisiting parsers. Maybe you can take a look and try to build a parser for this card you own.
