The DASH-related standards enable various different interpretations of critical factors. A single interpretation is necessary in order to establish interoperable behavior.

The DASH-related standards enable various options for each feature supported by these standards. Limiting options and in some cases additional constraints are needed to establish interoperable behavior between service offerings and client implementations.

This chapter defines the requirements that enable DASH clients and services to provide interoperable behavior. All clients and services are expected to conform to these requirements.

This chapter defines the requirements that enable DASH services and clients to provide interoperable behavior. To be compliant to this IOP, each service offering or client must conform to these requirements.

this on only updates the interoperability section.

Implemented. But we need to add a paraphrase of interoperability to baseline.
