Relation of @minBufferTime and minimum latency

Hi,
question on the low latency spec regarding @minBufferTime and the minimum latency defined inServiceDescription.Latency@min. Shouldn't there be a constraint that @minBufferTime has to be less or equal than the minimum latency? Moreover, there seems to be a typo in the LL spec:
Section 9.X.6.3.5
@minbufferTime proposedValue should be RBD

It is a confusion with @minBufferTime => add a clear statement into v5, we could also add a statement in the LL to make sure.

But there should be a constraint on this.
