I have a quick question on the latency calculation.
The MPD's ServiceDescription element is not limited to the low-latency streams. If the MPD@suggestedPresentationDelay is non zero (e.g. 10 sec), should the min/max/target latency in the MPD's ServiceDescription element reflect (i.e. contain) the extra 10-sec presentation delay? Or should the client subtract @suggestedPresentationDelay when computing the actual latency?
Thanks.

Good question - basically correct. Suggested Presentation delay is the poor man's old version of the new Service Description. We should add recommendations that they should not contradict or even not be present together.
