Description

It would be great if the v5.0 API included a way to set the track and quality level simultaneously. The current setRepresentationForTypeById method does not accept IDs across different tracks.

Note: Current AdaptationSet switching behavior in StreamProcessor is incorrect. Switching across different codecs may cause a sourcebuffer error. See #4423 for a fix.
