Update Livesim2 MPD patch sample streams

I just published v1.3.0 of livesim2. The main new thing is support for MPD Patch. It is installed at https://livesim2.dashif.org/
There is one single parameter to specify in the URL to enable patch : /patch_ttl where ttl is the TimeToLive in seconds.

You should now be able to point the test URLs to the main livesim2 instance. I've also added some test cases for multi-period MPDs so that is something that could be added among your test URLs.
