Mysql integration no metrics with 7.51.1 datadog agent

mysql integration do not show any metrics since 7.51.1 datadog agent
like mysql.performance.threads_connected

Additional environment details (Operating System, Cloud provider, etc):
GKE v1.27.8-gke.1067004

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. bump datadog from 7.50.3 to 7.51.1

Describe the results you received:
no mysql metrics

Describe the results you expected:
having same metrics
