So i wanted to play stardew valley with controlls and when i play it doesn't detect the controllers i've played it before with them and everything worked just fine and in my bettorjoy program it shows two diffrent green backgrounds on my joycons pls reply as soon as possible

I think the color just represents the battery level.

I'd say delete your BetterJoy files and download it again.
