BetterJoy does not recognize my official switch pro controller by wireless connection. It does when plugged in by usb. It registers as Pro Controller in my bluetooth devices, but the flashing green lights never stop like. I successfully used BetterJoy a few months ago (when connected the green light would change to one solid light as it should when connected) with the same controller, but the program mysteriously disappeared and since trying to reinstall it has not worked. Also I'm not sure if I'm installing correctly, I have to open the application by finding the .exe file every time. Never get a desktop icon or setup wizard or anything.
Thanks so much for your help!

You probably had HIDgaurdian installed. Reinstall it in the drivers file, then go here http://localhost:26762/ and remove all affected devices. Restart your computer afterwards and uninstall HIDgaurdian

Did you properly install HidGuardian? (running the bat as admin)
