Same as #199, #204, #212, but was caught quickly so only resulted in a half hour of downtime.

Resolved 2022-11-22T05:10:30.940Z by container reboot.

Last event: 2022-11-22T04:39:28.443Z bot:info:events Shard 0 reconnecting + 2022-11-22T05:09:44.591Z bot:info:events Shard 1 reconnecting immediately before attempted reboot

Fixed in a079568 (discordjs/discord.js#8989 is included in 14.8.0 and closed discordjs/discord.js#8486) unless proven otherwise
